1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site, independent from every government office. It does not store official criminal files, retrieve records, conduct official checks, or submit documents for a user.

Its purpose is to identify the Allen County Sheriff, detention center, criminal courts, Kentucky State Police repository, and Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry, along with outside tools that may assist lawful research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

Use of the site is conditioned on your agreement not to:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or similar tools on these pages
• Interfere with site performance or another visitor's access
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or data
• Use site information to threaten, stalk, or harass a person
• Rely on site content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions
• Violate a federal, Kentucky, or local law

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

You may not use information from this site or a linked service to stalk, intimidate, threaten, harass, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone. Kentucky State Police publishes registry information for safety awareness. Harassment based on Kentucky State Police Sex Offender Registry information may violate KRS 525.070 or KRS 525.080 and lead to criminal penalties. Registry data is not permission for confrontation or vigilante conduct.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or official background checks. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers a service designed for FCRA-regulated screening. You must not use site or linked data to:

• Make any other decision governed by the FCRA
• Determine eligibility for a license, permit, or public program
• Set insurance terms or assess creditworthiness
• Evaluate a rental or housing application
• Make a hiring or termination decision

A regulated check must come from an authorized official process or an FCRA-compliant consumer reporting agency, not from this site.

5. No Legal Advice

Site content is not legal advice. General Allen County record information cannot determine how a warrant, charge, conviction, or expungement law applies to an individual matter. Consult a Kentucky-licensed attorney for that advice.

6. No Warranties

The site is provided "as is," without a guarantee that:

• An outside search result is complete or correct
• Pages contain no bug, error, or security weakness
• Service will remain uninterrupted
• Information is complete, accurate, or current

Charges, dismissals, expungements, and other record changes can occur at any time. Gaps are unavoidable, and no content here is an official statement by the Allen County courts, sheriff, police, detention center, or a Kentucky agency.

Links can lead to Allen County offices, court portals, Kentucky agencies, legal resources, and outside search providers. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability, fees, or data practices. Review the destination's own terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Allen County Criminal History or its content partners own the site's text, code, graphics, and logos. Written permission is required before copying, changing, distributing, or creating derivative work from that content.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we have no liability for damages arising from site use, including reliance on content or a linked service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless against claims, demands, or actions caused by your site use or violation of these terms, including related legal costs and fees.

11. Governing Law

Kentucky law governs these terms. Any dispute connected with site use must be filed in a court located in Kentucky. Kentucky public agency records are governed by the Kentucky Open Records Act in KRS Chapter 61, and criminal-history dissemination is addressed in KRS Chapter 17.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. A revision becomes effective when the updated text is posted here.

13. Cutting Off Access

We may suspend or end access at any time, without notice and for any reason.

14. Severability

If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions continue in force. The affected language will be limited only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
